Reverse Gresham's Law
The regulatory process of reversing market degradation when low-quality participants have driven out high-quality ones due to regulatory failure. Authorities actively restore market quality by eliminating inefficient actors and rebuilding market signals. Unlike the passive failure of classical Gresham's Law, this represents intentional institutional correction.
