Brand Moat Generational Shift
When traditional competitive advantages (technological leadership, historical accumulation) lose relevance for new consumer generations, brands must shift from "what they do" to "what they represent"—moving from absolute superiority in mechanical performance to relative superiority in cultural symbolism and identity.
