Stakeholder Capitalism
A system where companies share both profits and social risks with the public. When a company generates significant externalities—such as technological spillovers, employment, or broad social impact—the public or state participates directly in wealth creation through ownership rather than taxation alone. This rebalances the relationship between capital and labor, and between private and public interests.
