Platform Scarcity
When a platform controls critical channels in an ecosystem—users, traffic, payments, or trust—the speed of feature launches is no longer constrained by technology, but by the platform's sense of responsibility to ecosystem order and regulatory commitments. The larger the platform, the stronger this constraint becomes. It's not a scarcity of capability, but a scarcity of permission to launch.
