Price Discrimination
A strategy where sellers charge different prices for the same product or service to different consumers based on their willingness to pay or characteristics, in order to maximize revenue and market coverage. In economics, it is categorized into three degrees: first-degree (perfect discrimination), second-degree (quantity discounts), and third-degree (customer segmentation).
