Tool Reflects Organizational Intent
Any system—especially automated tools—ultimately behaves according to its designer's actual optimization targets, not stated ones. If a company claims to 'improve customer service with AI' but actually optimizes for 'cost reduction' or 'labor reduction,' the AI will execute the latter precisely, leaving users feeling blocked by the system rather than helped by it.
