Emotional Contract
The evolution of human-machine interaction from one-way value delivery (tool → user) to reciprocal emotional investment (companion → owner). When machines can perceive, respond to, and even anticipate human emotional states, users unconsciously project their interpersonal expectations onto these systems, creating a new psychological contract—where machines must not only 'do things right,' but 'make people feel cared for.'
