Tool's Cognitive Boundary
Any tool's (including AI) performance ceiling is determined by three layers: (1) Design layer—whether the tool can theoretically execute the task, (2) Training layer—whether it has been optimized on sufficient relevant data, (3) Application layer—whether the user can correctly specify the task. Transcending this boundary requires human intervention, not merely capability enhancement.
